Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 3 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (half juiced and half sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil, then pour the butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
  5. Top with lemon slices.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately, spooning any pan juices over the top.
