
Easy Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (half juiced and half sliced)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil, then pour the butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately, spooning any pan juices over the top.
