- 0.25 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon za'atar spice blend

- 0.5 lemon (for juice)

Instructions
- Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then mash with a fork until slightly chunky.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.

Notes
